Our development department engineers have collaborated with multiple professional customers who specialize in researching and designing frequency converters to develop a series of high-frequency transformers for frequency converter switching power supplies. In response to the high requirements for stability, safety and reliability, isolation and voltage resistance, and multiple output circuits of frequency converter switching power supplies, our development engineers have focused on research and repeated testing in design, process, and reliability, and have launched a series of high-frequency transformers suitable for frequency converter power supplies to meet customers' pursuit of high reliability and high quality products.
A prominent feature of transformers in the frequency converter category is that there are a large number of output voltages, and the transformer's pins must be matched with multiple outputs, resulting in a large number of transformer pins. In the case of multiple transformer pins, the PIN spacing is very small, usually 2.5mm. The small distance between transformer PINs and the large number of windings can bring difficulties in the production process of transformers, such as soldering short circuits between adjacent PIN pins and isolation voltage resistance NG. In response to these issues, our engineers have improved the manufacturing process and adopted our patented manufacturing techniques to solve these problems, ensuring the high quality and reliability of our products.
At present, our company has produced a wide variety of frequency converter transformers and has provided transformers and inductors to many well-known frequency converter customers, winning unanimous praise and trust from customers.
